  • I offer therapy sessions virtually throughout Arizona, and I also see clients in person near the crossroads of 64th Street and Greenway Parkway, conveniently located just minutes from the freeway.

Not sure if in-person or virtual is right for you? I’m happy to talk through what would work best during your free consultation.

  • Online therapy works very much like in-person therapy, just from the comfort of your own space. We’ll meet through a secure, confidential video platform, using a link I’ll provide before each session. You’ll need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone.

Many clients find online therapy to be just as effective as in-person sessions and even more convenient. It allows for flexibility, saves travel time, and makes it easier to fit therapy into your daily life.

  • Yes, I offer in-person therapy sessions at my office near 64th Street and Greenway Parkway, conveniently located just off the freeway. If you prefer to meet face-to-face, we can schedule sessions in a comfortable, private setting.

    • Initial Consultation (15-20 minutes): Free

    • Intake (The first session)-60-minute session: $145

    • Standard 55-minute session: $135

    • Extended 90-minute session: $202.50

    • EMDR Intensives: Custom pricing based on length and frequency
      (e.g., half-day, full-day, or multi-day formats)

Sliding scale spots may be available, please feel free to ask.

  • Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and what support looks like for you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, there’s no pressure to dive into everything right away.

Most importantly, this session is a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and see if it feels like a good fit.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Everyone’s journey is different. Some people come to therapy to work through a specific issue and may only need a few months, while others choose to continue longer for deeper healing, growth, or ongoing support.

We’ll regularly check in about your goals and progress, and you’re always part of the conversation about what’s working and what might need adjusting. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a space for long-term transformation, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a late cancelation fee. This allows me to hold space for all clients who need support.

  • I do not accept insurance, and here's why: Working outside of insurance gives us the freedom to tailor your care to what works best for you, not just what fits into a 50-minute box. This flexibility means we can schedule shorter check-ins when you need a boost or longer sessions (like EMDR intensives) when you’re ready to go deeper. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • I know that when you’re ready for support, waiting weeks to get started can be frustrating. I pride myself on offering timely care and can often get new clients scheduled within a few days. Whether you're reaching out for the first time or returning for additional support, I do my best to make space quickly because your mental health shouldn't have to wait.

Reach out to check current availability, and we’ll find a time that works for you as soon as possible.
