I’m here to help you feel grounded and connected.

I’m an Arizona based therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges. I also help clients with boundaries, burnout, people pleasing, and perfectionism.


Healing can be hard but it brings relief, clarity, and strength.

I take an integrative, multi-modal approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet each client’s unique needs. I also incorporate EMDR when appropriate to support deeper healing and resolution. My focus is on clinical flexibility to ensure that therapy aligns with your goals and experiences.

I know finding the right therapist can be difficult.

You will get the most out of therapy if you feel like your therapist is invested in you and your growth. It should be someone you feel comfortable with and truly understood by.

A consultation is the best way to determine if I’m that person for you. I’ll answer your questions, share a little more about how I work, and you can decide if we’re a good fit. If I’m not the best person for you, I’ll always connect you with someone who might be better suited to your needs.

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that all people have the ability to rewire their brain, build inner strengths, and create lasting happiness, confidence, and calm. No matter what life brings.

I like to focus on people’s strengths while doing trauma work to help you develop greater resilience, compassion, and mindfulness by embracing the present moment and learning to respond, not react.
